About
As a Radical Collaborator and an Optimistic Radical, I tend to surprise people by bringing a different perspective, that is driven by my innate drive to inspire positive change. I am a systems thinker and practice this by wearing many hats, that allow me to inspire change in different parts of the system that need changing to create a new system that is more regenerative, inclusive and just. I have 25+ years of experience across international and senior corporate executive roles including Chief Sustainability/Responsible Management Officer for Tourism Holdings Ltd. I also set up and ran a post graduate course Leading Change for Good, a Micro Credential Leading Beyond Sustainability and was Corporate Innovation Advisor for Tech Futures Lab here in NZ. I am also the CE and co-foudner of Match4action, a 501C3 incorporated in California, and co-lead of CrowdDoing.world a social innovation lab that inspires people through collaboration, micro and servant leadership to explore their perfect role as a skilled volunteer and contribute to minimizing the social innovation gaps that bring us further towards collective long-term wellbeing.
I love spending time amongst native trees and my veggie garden with my husband and 3 dogs in our almost off the grid place in the beautiful Kaipara district in Aotearoa New Zealand. I've recently completed a permaculture course to get even better at growing my own veg. I also really love cooking with the constraints of local and seasonal food, leaving the soil in a better state after every growing season, and learning how to create delicious food that is healthy for us as well as the overall ecosystem.
Match4action, the 501C3 & our social innovation ventures under CrowdDoing , can really use executive "do-ers". We have, over the years, received good advise, but there are not a lot of people that want to commit to actually helping us implement, take ownership for leading (whether a fraction or more), so that we can scale up the amazing impact that we already with the over 2500 volunteers that are virtually working with us. And we have the potential to do a lot more. I'd love advise on how to achieve that, make it financially sustainable as well, and find these collaborators so that together we can change the world for the better.
I am an Italian Sommelier (and have a wine import + restaurant venture). I like slow trekking and have been an “adventure” rower for many years.
Point to me innovation in the supply chain area I should have a look at.
