Michael Freedman

I was born in NJ but lived in 3 different continents before the age of 18 due to my parent's jobs. I spent most of my life living in Paris (France), while also living in Côte d'Ivoire and Rugby (England) during middle school and high school respectively. In my spare time, my hobbies include cooking, drawing, and playing sports like tennis, rugby, and soccer (when I am not injured). I love learning about languages, culture, and nature and enjoy building strong connections with people that seek to understand others.

Having worked in ad tech for 9 years and the vast majority of my career, I am more than happy to share my industry knowledge and experience with others. In addition, my curiosity drives much of my desire to help others in their career pursuits and I am constantly trying to find ways in which I can contribute meaningfully. Having both a technical and non-technical background, I believe that I can provide some important and valuable insights into how the industry works and what trends we should be looking out for. This also includes connecting members of this community with SME's in the tech and management consulting industries.

I am looking for a community of like-minded individuals that seek to learn about and help others with their careers or career-adjacent pursuits. As part of this process, I would also love to be able to get advice from more experienced people in other industries and find ways to be a part of formal or informal mentorship so that I may grow as a person and as a contributor to this community.
