Russell Rogers

I’m from Tampa, FL , and I have lived all over the country - probably 25 states. I have lots of half bothers and sisters. My dad was a doctor and mom a nurse. I’ve spent a great deal of my career in healthcare, and defense. And I’ve been an innovation consultant and senior advisor to the DOD, large corporates, and the city of San Jose, California among many others. I currently advise several CINOs at Fortune 500s.

I love adventure. I love meeting people and helping them achieve everything they want in life. I go the extra mile for others, and I build friendships with those that get satisfaction from doing the same. I’ve been to a lot of school. Like…a lot. Ask me anything anytime and if I can’t help someone in our community will. That what I’m building. A rock solid global community of accomplished friends.

I know innovation processes, tools, approaches, ecosystem building, corp venture capital, etc), and I can help build innovation muscle for your organization. I’ll also offer you a place to stay when needed and find you one in our community. I can help in numerous ways.

The most important thing the community can do for me is to stay engaged. That means asking for help when needed and offering help as well. I’m building this community for the community. So feedback from the community is key. We are growing slowly but surely. Friendships first.
