I specialize in Training Transfer Effectiveness, ensuring that all training drives real business results.

I am happy to help members turn their training investments into performance outcomes; real results by bridging the gap between training and execution, thereby maximizing ROI (Return on Investment) and ROE (Return on Expectations) on all their training initiatives.

I am also committed to helping grow this community and supporting its mission by actively contributing, collaborating, and even spearheading goal-driven projects to ensure its success.
