I’m the Chief Commercial Officer of QuantiLight, a diagnostics startup transforming therapeutic drug monitoring through portable, bioluminescent blood tests that deliver lab-accurate results in minutes—wherever patients are. Our technology, born out of the Max Planck Institute, is designed to shift care from clinic to home, easing pressure on systems and empowering patients.
Over the past two decades, I’ve led global and local commercial strategy for pharmaceutical and MedTech businesses —launching biologics, scaling specialty care portfolios, and building commercial teams that deliver real impact. I’ve held executive roles at STADA, Novo Nordisk, and Mylan, consistently driving growth in complex, regulated, and cost-sensitive environments.
I move fast, ask a lot of questions, and focus on what works. I’ve built market access teams from scratch, reimagined brand identities, and led launches that beat the odds. Strategy is where I start, but execution is where I live.
Originally from the U.S. and now based in Germany, I’m multilingual, curious by nature, and at my best when building something that didn’t exist before.
