Welcome to Adaptive Intelligence. Each member of our selective executive community is kind, curious, and collaborative.
We are a separate, for-profit legal entity that works synergistically to support Adaptive Foundation and each other.
Our global community is comprised of executive alumni from Harvard, MIT, Yale, NYU, Wharton, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Columbia, Oxford, Cambridge, Cargnie Mellon and IMD among other institutions. We are entrepreneurs, C-suite execs, thought leaders, fund managers, and philanthropists. Some of us are going through career transitions to new companies, new board positions or entirely new stages of life. We help each other with peer coaching, career opportunities and counseling - we get to know each other. We socialize together around the globe. We also help each other access opportunities, raise funding, find a purpose and lessen the stress of keeping up.
We join as friends and stay as family. We go the extra distance for each other. We invest in each other.

More than one third of our members sit on boards. We collaborate to discuss governance issues and address global challenges. Board members also benefit from connecting with experienced leaders (still doing the job), innovators, and entrepreneurs to gain valuable insights that support their board aspirations and influence real-world solutions.
Growth Opportunities & Growth Capital.
Within our community, you'll have the opportunity to present investment opportunities to each other to receive funding through our upcoming community venture fund. You can also explore investment opportunities with our private equity and venture capital- focused members as well as our seasoned execs that need solutions for their organizations.
Internship Program.
Adaptive Intelligence Venture Interns are high-potential undergraduate students who work alongside our leadership team on community-driven innovation, entrepreneurial research, and strategic initiatives. Interns gain direct experience sourcing and evaluating new ventures, contributing to cross-sector projects, and engaging with a global network of executive leaders.
This program is designed for those who seek more than a traditional internship. It is an invitation to do meaningful work, develop foundational professional skills, and collaborate with a community of thoughtful, impact-driven thinkers.
The Pathway: Exceptional interns may receive a return offer to continue as Student Fellows, allowing them to maintain their contribution part-time during the academic year.
