Welcome to the Adaptive Intelligence Community, a premier executive gathering committed to fostering collaboration, curiosity, and kindness among its members. By joining our community, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a productive, respectful, and secure environment for all members.

 

Membership Eligibility and Conduct

• Eligibility: Membership is by invitation or application and subject to an interview process to ensure alignment with our community's values and goals.

• Expected Behavior: Members are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, empathy, and respect at all times. Harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited.

• Professional Integrity: Repetitive selling of products or services to community members, or engaging in activities that would diminish the brand or disrupt the usefulness of the community, is not allowed.

• Intellectual Property: Members must respect the intellectual property rights of Adaptive Intelligence and fellow members. Sharing of proprietary information without permission is prohibited.

 

Membership Terms

• Monthly Payment: Membership fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable. Payment details and amounts will be provided upon acceptance into the community.

• Termination: Adaptive Intelligence reserves the right to terminate membership at any time for violations of these terms or behavior detrimental to the community or brand.

• Non-Solicitation: Members agree not to solicit or poach contacts or ideas from the community for personal gain or competitive advantage.

 

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

• Confidentiality: Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of discussions, contacts, and information shared within the community.

• Protection of Intellectual Property: Adaptive Intelligence and its members retain ownership of their intellectual property shared within the community. Members agree not to use, disclose, or distribute such intellectual property without explicit permission.

 

Contribution and Collaboration

• Obligation to Contribute: Members are encouraged to actively participate, share insights, and provide support to fellow members, fostering an environment of mutual benefit and growth.

• Collaboration: Members agree to engage in collaborations that uphold the community's values and contribute to the collective advancement of the community.

• Data Usage: Using your information to enhance your experience, facilitate connections, and deliver membership benefits.
