Marshall Pemhiwa

I am a registered Occupational/Organisational Psychologist with over 20 years experience largely focusing on psychometric testing. Combined this with Human Resources Management, covering Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Industrial Relations,etc. I rose through the ranks to become HR Director for Delta Corporation from 2011-2021. I subsequently moved into operations in April 2021, appointed to the position of General Manager Sorghum Beer Business Zimbabwe. I have gained considerable experience in driving for growth amidst uncertainty and competitive pressure.

I am happy to share insights on managing in volatile environments, beverage industry trends, HR trends in Africa, and assist those needing to do research in Zimbabwe.

I am married to Mary and have three children, a boy aged 22 and two daughters aged 18 and 12. I am a fitness fanatic, enjoy social basketball and tennis. Also an amateur poet, write for fun occasionally.

I can share global trends that impact business especially views on geopolitics, climate change, technological developments etc.

I also have a son completing a Statistical Data Science degree (faculty of Actuarial Science) next year and is keen to work in Europe or America.

My 18 year old daughter has just completed high school and will be searching for a university to pursue a medical degree. Any advice on reasonably priced colleges are welcome.
