I have In-depth knowledge of energy, oil & gas, mining & metals industries and global companies, combined with a proven track record in governance, risk management, ethics and compliance, will be a valuable contribution to Board of Directors activity to guide companies through turbulence to ensure long term sustainable value creation and stakeholders’ credibility. Amid geopolitical and economic uncertainty, frequently conflicting regulatory and industry requirements, as well as heightened professional and legal expectations for members of the Board of Directors, my experience will add value by developing the best agile practices by BoD that not only respond to change but also proactively seek new opportunities including:

– Stakeholder Management

– Risk & Opportunity& Cmpliance management system development to ensure sustainable, responsible and ethical value chain ( value-added approach)

– ESG & CSRD compliance, non-financial reporting systems

I can contribute in the following ways:

• Participation in professional discussions focused on risk management, ethics and compliance, ESG, sustainability, and strategy development
• Development of educational programmes (academic & corporate) or our contribution to the development of professional standards – new requirements for the professions as part of the WEF, with the world’s best business schools, Big4, other professional experts and individuals engaged to participate in these projects
• Development of intellectual initiatives under the auspices of the WEF (a discussion platform/format) with a focus on leadership, corporate governance, business partnership formats, ethical supply chain management, etc.
