Rachel O'Neill

I’m a devoted mother and wife, roles I hold dearly. My background is rooted in athletics, as I played Division I soccer in Oregon, which instilled in me an appreciation for teamwork and resilience. Along with my family, I find inspiration in the world around me—from the latest in pop culture to music—and in the pursuit of truth, beauty, and goodness.

My experience centers on building authentic internal communications that connect directly with executive leadership. I aim to create a space where professionalism and genuine voice coexist, enabling the C-suite to communicate with authenticity. My goal is to bring organization and a refreshing sense of realness to leadership communication.

I’m excited to learning from others. I truly believe there is deep value in lived experiences. Both good and bad lessons have the opportunity to teach us. Through this community, I hope to learn all that I can from experts in their fields so that I may become a more well-rounded communicator.
