As a Radical Collaborator and an Optimistic Radical, I tend to surprise people by bringing a different perspective, that is driven by my innate drive to inspire positive change. I am a systems thinker and practice this by wearing many hats, that allow me to inspire change in different parts of the system that need changing to create a new system that is more regenerative, inclusive and just. I have 25+ years of experience across international and senior corporate executive roles including Chief Sustainability/Responsible Management Officer for Tourism Holdings Ltd. I also set up and ran a post graduate course Leading Change for Good, a Micro Credential Leading Beyond Sustainability and was Corporate Innovation Advisor for Tech Futures Lab here in NZ. I am also the CE and co-foudner of Match4action, a 501C3 incorporated in California, and co-lead of CrowdDoing.world a social innovation lab that inspires people through collaboration, micro and servant leadership to explore their perfect role as a skilled volunteer and contribute to minimizing the social innovation gaps that bring us further towards collective long-term wellbeing.
