About
I bring two key strengths to this community: deep expertise in leadership development and a strong, well-connected network across the Middle East. With over a decade of research in psychology and behavioral science, I’ve dedicated my work to understanding how people grow, lead, and navigate change, especially young leaders stepping into their roles.
Beyond knowledge, I have built relationships with both private companies and NGOs across the region, giving me access to a diverse network that can open doors for partnerships, collaborations, and fresh perspectives. Whether it’s connecting people to the right opportunities, sharing insights on leadership development, or helping the community expand its reach in the Middle East, I’m here to contribute in a way that’s both strategic and impactful
I took an unconventional path, one that wasn’t handed to me but forged through adversity. I left school early, not because I lacked ambition, but because the system didn’t fit the way I thought, learned, or saw the world. That decision led me into tough situations, including time in jail, a turning point that forced me to confront who I was and who I wanted to become.
Instead of letting my past define me, I used it as fuel. I immersed myself in psychology and behavioral science, determined to understand human behavior, leadership, and the mechanics of change. Over the past decade, I’ve turned that knowledge into action, building a career focused on leadership development and coaching, helping others, especially young leaders, navigate their own challenges and growth.
Today, I’m an entrepreneur, a researcher, and a builder of communities. My journey has given me a unique perspective: I know what it means to start from zero, to fight through obstacles, and to create something meaningful against the odds. That’s the energy I bring to every space I’m part of, and it’s the same energy I’ll bring to this community.
I’m looking to connect with like-minded people who don’t just think big but are willing to challenge ideas, push boundaries, and explore opportunities together. I thrive on deep, strategic conversations, the kind where brainstorming turns into action and ideas evolve into real, tangible impact. I want to be part of a community where we can inspire each other, exchange insights, and build something greater than we could alone.
