Time Commitment

The Adaptive Fellowship is designed for serious, high-potential leaders—and it requires a real commitment of time and energy.

Fellows are expected to fully participate in:

• Live sessions: 3 hours per week

• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 12:00–1:00 pm ET

• Across 26 weeks

• One half-day session on a weekend each month

• A capstone project, developed over the Fellowship and presented at the end of the program

• Able and willing to begin a full-time role with a sponsoring company within 6 months of completing the Fellowship.

To protect the quality of the experience for everyone, all components are required for all Adaptive Fellows.
