About the event
A second session with Cory Kidd, following the strong response to our May 7 conversation.
This one is hands-on. Cory will run a structured board-advisor prompt on a real situation, live with the group, where the analysis surfaces something you hadn't considered, where it misses, and how to push back when it does.
Bring something real you're working through: a succession question, an M&A vote, a conversation with a CEO, a recommendation that doesn't sit right.
