Join a global network of professors, researchers, and practitioners who volunteer their expertise to help high-achieving early-career leaders build adaptability as a core skill, so they can contribute from Day One, especially in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs)” (or “underserved / under-resourced communities

Faculty already engaged include colleagues from Yale, Stanford, and Wharton among others.

Typical contribution: teach one 60-minute live module per cohort (virtual) aligned to the curriculum, with optional Q&A.
About the Faculty Fellowship Program
The Adaptive Global Fellowship is a 26-week core experience delivered over ~7 months, designed to develop adaptability through rigorous learning, applied problem-solving, and real-world context. Fellows engage in ~6 hours/week plus a monthly 4-hour weekend session, and complete a team capstone.

How Faculty Fellows Contribute​
Faculty Fellows and expert practitioners can support Fellows by:

Teaching a 60-minute module aligned to the curriculum

Leading an applied discussion/workshop rooted in real challenges

Mentoring capstone teams (light-touch, optional)

Serving as a capstone judge or reviewer at checkpoints or final presentations
Joining a weekend roundtable/panel connected to the month’s theme
